Skills
As a Visual Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging content for a variety of marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with our marketing team, developers, and project managers to create designs that align with OurCodeLab brand guidelines and effectively communicate our
- Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing materials including web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and project management teams to ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, project timelines, and marketing goals
- Create visual assets and marketing collateral including infographics, banners, illustrations, and other graphics to support marketing campaigns and events
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the continued evolution and innovation of our marketing designs
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials
- Communicate design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and receive feedback to improve designs
- Assist the marketing director to create marketing materials for OurCodeLab
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including web design, social media campaigns, digital ads, and print materials
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design concepts and recommendations
- Either has completed National Service or is exempted from / not applicable for National Service*
