We’re expanding our Creator Partnerships team and are looking for a dynamic individual to join us whether you’re just starting out in the creator space or already a seasoned manager. What You’ll Do

Creator Partnerships & Development

Identify and engage culturally relevant creators across lifestyle, comedy, entertainment, and more, for our business needs and campaigns

Support or lead creator onboarding, career development plans, and growth consultations.

Build strong relationships with creators, understand their content, and help align them with brand opportunities.

Plan and execute creator engagement initiatives (e.g. workshops, gifting, networking events).

Campaign & Execution

Coordinate or oversee end-to-end creator campaign execution: from talent shortlist and briefing, to negotiation, content review, and performance tracking.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Production) to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Performance & Insights

Track creator performance across platforms like IG, TikTok, and YouTube.

Support or lead monthly reporting and campaign reviews to derive insights and refine future strategies.

Maintain accurate creator data and dashboards.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are open to candidates across various levels. You may be a great fit if you are:

• 1 to2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or talent management.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, Slack, and Excel.
