A leading counseling organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for casework and counselling with teenagers in a residential setting. Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, monitoring residents, and providing support to families. A minimum of 1 year of casework experience is required, with immediate start preferred. Formación
- At least 1 year of casework experience is required.
- Experience in a residential setting is a plus.
- Immediate starter preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Provide casework and counselling to teenagers.
- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor daily incidents and residents' progress.
Conocimientos
- Provide Casework and Counselling to teenagers in a Residential setting
- Liaise, collaborate with, and provide information to external partners and stakeholders
- Assess risks and needs of residents and their families and formulate the Individual Care
- Plan for each resident accordingly.
- Provide counselling to resident’s family, and conduct restorative work between residents and their families
- Monitor daily incidents and progress of residents
- Ensure and maintain accurate and updated records on each resident
- Prepare, review and submit all regular and ad-hoc reports required
- Conduct group work with residents and/or with their families to equip them with the necessary life skills
- Undertake any other duties as and when specified by the Head of Home
- Atleast 1 year of Casework experience
- Residential setting experience would be a plus
- Immediate starter is preferred
