Job summary

A leading counseling organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for casework and counselling with teenagers in a residential setting. Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, monitoring residents, and providing support to families. A minimum of 1 year of casework experience is required, with immediate start preferred. Job description

• Provide Casework and Counselling to teenagers in a Residential setting
• Liaise, collaborate with, and provide information to external partners and stakeholders
• Assess risks and needs of residents and their families and formulate the Individual Care
• Plan for each resident accordingly.
• Provide counselling to resident’s family, and conduct restorative work between residents and their families
• Monitor daily incidents and progress of residents
• Ensure and maintain accurate and updated records on each resident
• Prepare, review and submit all regular and ad-hoc reports required
• Conduct group work with residents and/or with their families to equip them with the necessary life skills
• Undertake any other duties as and when specified by the Head of Home

Requirements

• Atleast 1 year of Casework experience
• Residential setting experience would be a plus
• Immediate starter is preferred
