Job summary
A leading resort in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee MICE and Corporate events. The successful candidate will formulate sales strategies, engage with corporate clients, and monitor sales performance to optimize business outcomes. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in a related field and a minimum of 4 to 6 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service mindset are essential for this position.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a property of similar standing.
- Proven track record of business negotiation and customer/stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Engage with corporate clients and event planners to generate new business.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and make recommendations for improvements.
