The ideal candidate should possess strong financial modeling skills and a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, preferably within petrochemical or energy sectors. Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance.
• Preference for experience in petrochemical/Oil & Gas/Green Energy/Infrastructure sectors.
• Good experience in executing financing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of professional presentation and marketing materials.
• Building financial projections, debt models, and corporate valuation.
• Leading discussions and negotiations with lenders/investors.

Education

Bachelors/Masters in Accountancy/Finance/Financial Management

CPA/CA qualification
