EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd is Singapore’s leading EV charging solutions provider, a wholly owned subsidiary of Land Transport Authority (LTA), tasked with managing Electric Vehicle (EV) charger deployment for carparks across the island and supporting electrical infrastructure upgrades.
The candidate will report to the Director of Strategic Planning, and will oversee the corporate planning and governance, marketing & communication, and finance teams.
Overall, the job scope of this position will include the following:
Corporate Planning & Governance
- Oversee corporate planning cycles, including KPI development and performance tracking, and monitor and report organisational performance metrics and recommend action as needed
- Ensure alignment between organisational strategy and operational plans across business units
- Oversee enterprise risk management and procurement framework(s), as well as business continuity plan(s) in alignment with organisational needs
- Support C-suite in board reporting, governance processes, including corporate secretarial functions
- Oversee planning and execution of corporate retreats and workshops
Marketing & Communications
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging aligned with the organisation’s mandate, vision, and values
- Develop and implement an integrated corporate communications strategy that supports brand reputation, employee engagement, and stakeholder relations
- Oversee internal and external communications, media relations, and crisis communication across various platforms
Finance
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting processes to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements
- Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Provide financial insights for strategic investments and business planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field
- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a senior position
- Possess strong critical thinking, communication and facilitation skills.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to multi-task.
- Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership with ability to lead, motivate diverse team and manage changes
- Ability to work under intense pressure and to multi-task effectivelyExperience in both public and private sector environments is advantageous.
