1. Work closely with project team to gather necessary information for payment progress claims submission or as outlined in the contract.
2. Follow up customer’s certificate and submit the invoices to customer.
3. Address questions or concerns clients may have regarding the progress of claims/billing.
4. Reach out to customers with outstanding balances to prompt payment and manage collection efforts.
5. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of project invoices and outstanding receivables.
6. Follow up with customers on project retention release or outstanding claims.
7. Review the creditworthiness of new equipment/modernization customers and recommend appropriate payment terms.
8. Liaise with banks to issue performance bonds and ensure that contract requirements are adequately met.
9. Coordinate with other departments and be responsible for follow-up and resolution of PB issuance.

1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant contract accounting experience.
3. Strong understanding of project management principles and billing methodology.
4. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate invoicing.
5. Proficient in ERP (JDE Edwards) would be an added advantage.
6. Excellent communication skills and customer management.
7. Good analytical skills to identify billing issues and potential risks.
