Singtel is seeking an experienced Community Manager to serve as the key liaison between internal staff, stakeholders, and service partners. This role focuses on workplace operations, stakeholder coordination, and community engagement to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of issues.
Act as the primary liaison between staff and the organisation, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
Build strong relationships with staff and address feedback or concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain records for expenses, services, and operational matters
Coordinate and support training sessions, drills, and exercises (TTX/GDX) with internal teams and external agencies (e.g. Police, SCDF, IMDA)
Work closely with the Managing Agent and appointed contractors to resolve operational and facilities-related issues
Manage corporate mail and general administrative coordination
Oversee vending machine replenishment, vendor coordination, and payment matters
Support project management and implementation activities, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress
Handle community-related issues and conflicts tactfully and diplomatically
Manage and monitor the facilities feedback platform, coordinating resolutions with relevant parties
Coordinate with the Security Manager on event arrangements and vendor access
Track, follow up, and close user feedback tickets with proper documentation
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in community management, facilities operations, workplace services, or a similar role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently
Comfortable coordinating with vendors, contractors, and external agencies
