Job summary

A manpower services company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to coordinate safety initiatives and manage training programs. The role involves working as a point-of-contact for Safety Champions, organising sessions, and disseminating important safety advisories. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in Safety, Business, or a related field, showcasing strong organisational and communication skills. This is a one-year contract with 42 working hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer formal appointment of Safety Champions.
  • Organise Community of Practice sessions for Safety Champions.
  • Disseminate safety advisories for high-profile incidents or concerning trends.
  • Support analysis and documentation of Serious Incident Reports.
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and administering customised bizSAFE trainings.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for Safety Champions.
