Job description

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare quotations and handle progress claims and progress payment.
• Handle Variation Order (VO) claims and finalization of accounts.
• Communicate with main contractors' QS on certification of claims for payments.
• Assists the Project Manager in the pre-contract/post-contract matters when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Other quantity surveying duties when necessary.

Requirement

• Certificate or Knowledge in Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Architectural.
• 1-2 of years relevant experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage but not essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Words).
• Able to communicate in English fluently.
• Must be sharp and cost-efficient when dealing with figures.
• Must be a good team player.
• Retirees or those who were have some experience previously in this area and will like to re-join the workforce is also welcome to apply.
