Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Renovation) (ID7124)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm, Alternate Sat, 9am-1pm
Salary: $5000 to $6000

1. Support the management team in leading the project QS team and preparing cost budgets, cash flows, and claims.
2. Ensure timely awarding of subcontracts and supplier agreements, coordinating with the technical team to meet specifications.
3. Prepare quantity measurements, drawings, and cost analyses based on project needs.
4. Analyze and negotiate quotations, attend site meetings, and review agreements.
5. Certify progress work, handle contract variations, and submit monthly progress claims.
6. Finalize subcontract and main contract accounts and advise clients on cost feasibility.
7. Prepare OMM before project handover, certify final valuations, and act as financial advisors.
8. Be ready to work extra hours for urgent projects and perform other assigned duties.

1. Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying with min 3-5 years’ experience in QS renovation/Interior Design/HDB A&A project.
2. Well-versed in both Contracts Administration and Tenders.
3. Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD and the ability to learn new specialist software.
4. Possess good negotiation and coordination skills.
5. Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
6. Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
8. Able to supervise and motivate subordinates with the objective to form a strong team.
