Responsibilities

  • 软硬服务设施管理,如清洁、绿植租赁/维护等服务。
  • 订购和维护办公室用品。
  • 与总部及本地HR密切合作,策划并执行文化活动。
  • 创建沟通和参与计划,提高Admin & Workplace品牌在员工中的知名度。
  • 执行其他临时的HR和办公室行政任务。

工作职责
  • Be the first point of contact for employees with regards to any HR-related questions or concerns
  • Manage in-scope administration work pertaining to an employee’s life cycle – for instance, recruitment, onboarding, transfer, termination
  • Develop and implement HR policies and guidelines
  • Prepare timely HR data and reports as required
  • Work closely with Headquarter HR/Admin teams throughout our global offices on both regional and company-wide people-related projects and initiatives
  • General Office Upkeep: greet and direct guests, order food and supplies, restock, manage inventory, anticipate needs of the team, ect.
  • Review and evaluate vendor quotation/bid based on cost/benefit analysis
  • Recommend the award of contract in a fair and unbiased manner based on quality, delivery and cost objectives
  • Soft and hard service facility management (cleaning, green plant rental/maintenance, disinfection, administration, post office/mail room, etc. services)
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Work closely with Headquarter and local HR to plan and execute culture activities in the workplace, ensuring the same message would be delivered through these activities
  • Create communication and engagement plans to increase Admin & Workplace brand awareness among employees
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR and office administration duties as assigned
任职资格
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • 3+ years’ experience in administrative or office support roles or interested in growing within the administrative/HR field
  • Strong passion for working in a start-up environment and passionate about creating a great work environment for all employees
  • Have a good sense of service, proactive & positive attitude, presentable and pleasant personality.
  • Able to work under pressure in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
