Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is looking for an HR support specialist to manage student internships and facilitate academic collaborations. You will assist in organizing awards and training sessions, maintain important records, and be a trusted partner to the Senior Director. The ideal candidate has a degree in HR, experience in talent development, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • Experience in talent development or programme administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end process for student internships.
  • Manage visiting requests and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain central records for appointments and committees.
  • Assist with scholar nominations and keep master lists updated.
  • Coordinate award nominations and support communications.
  • Process training requests and help organise training sessions.
  • Prepare stipend projections and support digitalisation initiatives.
  • Provide calendar and event planning support to the Senior Director.

What You’ll Do:
  • Empower Student Talent: Support the end-to-end process for student internships, from onboarding to IT setup.

  • Champion Academic Collaboration: Manage visiting requests and ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

  • Keep Us Organised: Maintain central records for internal appointments, committees, and keep org charts and call trees current.

  • Support Scholars: Assist with scholar nominations, annual returns, and keep master lists up-to-date.

  • Celebrate Excellence: Coordinate award nominations and support communications for recognition programmes.

  • Drive Learning: Process training requests, coordinate approvals, and help organise impactful training sessions.

  • Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Prepare stipend projections, update technical profiles, and support digitalisation initiatives.

  • Be a Trusted Partner: Provide calendar and event planning support to the Senior Director and collaborate across teams.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred)

  • Experience in talent development or programme administration

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team.
