1. (Professor Brawn Express) Daily Operations

Pre-Operations

1. Clean work areas (Back & Front of House) and ensure clean environment before cafe operations.
2. Check equipment & facilities to ensure all in working order and report faults / defects for immediate rectifications and maintenance.
3. Prepare food ingredients, materials, and other items for café operations.
4. Prepare and getting ready food items to be sold at kiosks.
5. Ensure menu, visual cards and displays are in order.
6. Wash and clean up of equipment and work areas (Back & Front of House).

Operations

1. Display & replenish food items at Front of House.
2. Manage sales of kiosk items.
3. Upkeep general café cleanliness and food safety.
4. Operate POS registers & troubleshoot problems when applicable.

Post-Operations

1. Close & tally daily sales and handover cash proceeds to Café Team Lead or designated staff.
2. Wash and clean work equipment as well as work areas (Back & Front of House).
3. Dispose of food scraps and trash properly.
4. Take stock of sales quantity and wastage.
5. Complete tasks on closing check list.
6. Prepare ingredients, materials & food items for subsequent operations.

2. General Duties

1. Practice good hygiene & follow safe practices meeting the standards & guidelines set by relevant authorities and the school.
2. Keep track of ingredients and food items as part of inventory management to meet optimal café operations and minimal wastage.
3. Store & housekeep food items and equipment properly safe.
4. Proper usage and maintenance of café facilities and equipment as well as timely report for any faults.
5. Maintain quality of kiosk items per Café SOPs.
6. Guide & support ASD interns and employees in kiosks’ operations.
7. Assist in the overall order and stock taking of café materials and food items.
8. Assist in the overall reporting and handing over of cash to finance department.
9. Perform regular inventory checks.
10. Carry out scheduled cleaning of café kitchen.
11. Adhere to Eden School Profession Brawn Express SOPs and guidelines.
12. Perform any other duties assigned by Café Team Lead and Café Operations Executive.

3. Any other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or the school’s Principals.

This is a 1 year contract, renewable or conversion to permanent subjected to Operational needs and work performance.

You will be deployed based on operational needs.
