Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVLS fans, industrial fans, and ventilation solutions in Singapore.
Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users to promote KSS’s ventilation solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting, proposal preparation, and product presentation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Work closely with the technical team to recommend customized ventilation solutions based on project requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in construction, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical), or ventilation solutions.
Experience in selling HVLS fans, industrial fans, air movement systems, or related products is highly preferred.
Strong network within the construction, industrial, or commercial sector is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
