A construction company in Singapore seeks a professional to manage project schedules and planning at work sites. Responsibilities include developing work schedules, preparing technical submissions, and coordinating with subcontractors. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 3 years of experience in construction planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera is essential. Flexibility to work beyond normal hours is required.
To be involved in the development and control of Project Work Schedule
Drawing up plans and presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams
To calculate/estimate the duration of each significant construction activity and the resource requirements
To prepare technical and drawing submissions, etc.
To be involved in site planning, work schedule and monitoring site implementation progress
Progress update against baseline throughout the construction process
Involve in coordination between sub-contractors/vendors/departments and anticipate labour/material/ equipment demands to meet schedules
Producing monthly progress reports and support in progress claims
Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management and/or Equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of related working experience in the Construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera is a must
Experience in Construction Planning with building-related facility is a must
Mon to Sat (Work Site - Jurong Island)
Ability to work beyond normal working hours
