Senior Contracts & Tendering Leader - Construction
Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Contracts Leader to manage all commercial and contractual aspects of their construction projects. This role involves leading a contracts team, overseeing tender processes, and ensuring financial and legal integrity of agreements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive contract management experience within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a contracts or commercial team.
- Deep understanding of construction law and contracts (e.g., SIA, FIDIC).
Responsibilities
- Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing contracts team.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
