A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Professional to support end-to-end recruitment activities and manage the employee lifecycle. The role involves processing payroll, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, and maintaining HR documentation. Candidates should have a minimum diploma in Human Resources and at least 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with knowledge of Info-Tech HR software. This position offers a salary range of $3,000 to $4,000, along with bonuses and various employee benefits.
💵 Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 (commensurate with Singapore working experience)

Monday to Thursday: 8.00am – 5.30pm
Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
Company transport provided from Lakeside & Boon Lay MRT.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding documentation.
Process monthly payroll and administer statutory submissions such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, leave, and claims.
Manage employee lifecycle processes in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation, personnel files, and HRIS records accurately and timely.
Coordinate performance appraisal exercises and support training and development initiatives.
Assist with ISO, BizSafe, corporate certifications, business grants, and company events.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline.
At least 4 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
Experience using Info-Tech HR software preferred.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
Knowledge of Malaysia labour regulations is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and a team player.
