Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and management of tender documents comprises of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices etc.
• To carry out taking off quantities.
• Measure of quantities from drawings.Prepare proposal and quotation to customer.
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Prepare tender documents to subcontractor / vendor for quotations.
• To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis.
• Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification.Ensure all Suppliers equipment selection and Subcontractors quote meets tender requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, taking into account materials, labour, equipment, and other related costs.
• Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents.
• Technical review on the supplier/contractor quotation or proposal and makes sure that all requirements are complied.
• Review tender addendum, corrigendum and post tender addendum drawings and documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly.
• Preparation of monthly progress claims to customer.
• Prepare/ verification / upkeep of project variation work and site instructions.
• To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification.To perform other QS duties as assigned.
• Purchase order, invoice verification.

Requirements
