Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Professional to support end-to-end recruitment activities and manage the employee lifecycle. Qualifications

  • Experience using Info-Tech HR software preferred.
  • Knowledge of Malaysia labour regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Process monthly payroll and administer statutory submissions such as CPF and IR8A.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements.

Remuneration & Benefits

💵 Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 (commensurate with Singapore working experience)

Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 8.00am – 5.30pm

  • Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm

Work Location / Transport

Company transport provided from Lakeside & Boon Lay MRT.

Job Description
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding documentation.

  • Process monthly payroll and administer statutory submissions such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, leave, and claims.

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes in accordance with company policies and internal controls.

  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, personnel files, and HRIS records accurately and timely.

  • Coordinate performance appraisal exercises and support training and development initiatives.

  • Assist with ISO, BizSafe, corporate certifications, business grants, and company events.

  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
