Job summary

A precision solutions company in Singapore is seeking a Fulfillment Planner to manage the order-to-delivery cycle and oversee demand and supply commitments. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. No experience is required, and training will be provided. East Side | Coordinator Role | 5 days

• Office Location: Loyang, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.30pm
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $3500 + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle, including order processing, shipment coordination, and purchase order requirements
• Plan and oversee demand and supply commitments, ensuring alignment with customer forecasts and material availability
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve fulfillment-related issues and support account management
• Analyse supply and demand trends to forecast future needs and proactively address potential risks
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and support business decisions through data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning, logistics, and product configuration management

Requirement

• Minimum Nitec education Level
• No Experience is required. Training will be provided.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in material planning or production planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
