Cleaning Supervisor à Singapour

Our client is Global MNC in the wholesaler industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Team Lead to be part of their Logistics Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area - easily accessible.

• Oversee outbound logistics operations and provide support for sales activities.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in the business system, including sales orders, invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, returns, and stock movements.
• Monitor delivery status and resolve discrepancies or errors promptly.
• Coordinate with shipping companies, transport contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Keep internal and external stakeholders updated on the progress of shipments.
• Distribute shipping documents to customers, sales teams, finance departments, and banks for L/C processing.
• Check and validate original invoices from suppliers, forwarders, and warehouses before reporting.

• Min 7 years of experience in related industry
• Familiar with SAP system
