Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Production Operations Manager to oversee daily and weekly production tasks. • Salary: $4,000 - $5,000+
• Working Hours: 6pm to 6am
• Working Days: 6 Days (non fixed off day)

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and oversee daily and weekly production tasks based on B2B orders, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of goods.
• Coordinate team members, equipment, and materials to maintain smooth and efficient production operations.
• Monitor production progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inspection, cleaning, sorting, cutting, packaging, and storage processes.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products to maintain product standards.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., SS590) across personnel, equipment, and work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and temperature for full traceability.
• Allocate tasks fairly, provide on-the-job training on SOPs, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
• Evaluate team performance and foster a positive, motivating work culture.

Requirements

• 1 year of fresh produce operations management, added advantage with fruit and vegetables experience.
• Hands-on in WMS is needed.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking team and clients.
• Singaporean only.
