A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a General Foreman to oversee the construction site operations. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate has proven experience in site supervision and strong leadership skills.

- Ability to handle technical and engineering problems.

Conoscenze
The site General Foreman is a pivotal leadership role model on the construction site.
Acting as the primary link between the site workforce and project management.

Driving project to achieved milestones to successful completion.
- Assign tasks to construction workers
- Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals

- Assurance safety precautions and quality standards to meet
- Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment.
- Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work
- Handle of technical and engineering problems
- Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely
