Project Supervisor
Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project activities and coordinate resources. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in engineering, 2-4 years of experience in residential projects, and preferably a class 3 Singapore Driving License. Key responsibilities include supervising project sites, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in residential projects.
- Able to read drawings is an added advantage.
- Possess a valid class 3 Singapore Driving License (Preferable).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Supervise project sites and workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality assurance standards.
- Monitor and supervise project progress.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Attend site meetings.
- File documentation and updates of assigned projects.
- Perform other ad hoc duties.
Skills
Education
Responsible for coordinating project activities, resources, equipment and information
- Assist in the supervision of project sites, workers and the arrangement of work activities
- Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures/ standards as followed on site
- Monitor, supervise and follow up the project progress
- Handle any issues that arises and to report, escalated to Project Managers if needed
- Liaise with Sub-contractors, suppliers & related parties involved in the production and construction of the projects
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans and reports as required to assist Project Managers in monitoring programs
- Attend site meetings and assist Project Managers/ Engineers to ensure smooth and seamless project management implementation
- Filing of documentation, submission/updates, discrepancy, changes, revision, etc of each project assign
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in the related field in residential projects is required for this position. Able to read drawings will be an added advantage.
- Possess a valid class 3 Singapore Driving License (Preferable).
