Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Ship Repair Supervisor in Singapore. Ship Repair Supervisor
- Location: Penjuru lane (Transport provided at Jurong East)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Salary: $2,700 - $3,800, OT pay

- Familiar with safety regulation, permit‑to‑work system.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a repair team to fulfil ship repair jobs afloat or at shipyard.
- Carry out maintenance, service and repair of all mechanical equipment on board of ship, such as diesel engines, pumps, gearboxes, couplings, alternators, turbochargers, etc., assigned by project manager.
- Troubleshoot all the mechanical equipment on board vessels.
- Plan and execute the repair job in the most cost‑effective method.
- Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and cleanliness in the workshop.
- Attend vessels Dry‑dock as assigned by project manager.
- Carry out any retrofit job for new equipment installation on board vessels.
- Train newly joined workers.
- Follow company’s SOP, keep high safety standard with the team.
- Any other duties as assigned by project manager, HOD or Management.
