Duties

• Report site progress & highlight issues at site
• Coordinate at Site with Clients and Sub-contractors
• Site survey & measurements
• To manage and control the work progress according to the planned schedule
• To manage and supervise workers / sub-contractors / suppliers and monitor project site activities
• Ferry workers to site
• Load and unload materials to project site
• Keep vehicles neat, clean and maintained
• To ensure site safety and compliance to authorities’ requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Process and Constuction Industry
• Experience in Waterproofing, Roofing, Blasting, Painting or Concrete Repair works preferred
• Building Construction Supervision Safety (BCSS) and Work‑at‑height for Supervisors cert preferred
• Possess Class 3 & 4 driving license.
• Able to work overtime
• Right attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
