Job summary
A logistics consulting agency in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage warehouse activities and enhance customer satisfaction. Candidates must hold a diploma or degree in Logistics Management and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include inventory management, communication with the warehouse team, and reporting tasks. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SAP, and WMS is required. Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff.
- Preferable experience in 3PL.
- Proficient in computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team.
- Tally inventory with Singapore custom record.
- Oversee day-to-day operation activities.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and communication.
- Support daily reporting tasks.
- Assist in transportation arrangements.

- To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
- To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
- Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation)
- Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report..
- Assist with daily transportation arrangement.
- Assist in any other duties as required
- Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
- Minimum 1 years experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
- Preferable experience in 3PL
- Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
