Service Supervisor (Operations)

Location: Plaza Singapura
Salary Range: Up to $2,800 – $3,000 per month
Working Hour: 6 days/week (7.33hr/day)

Job Description

The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service quality, and leading the service team to achieve operational and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all service crew duties and daily operations, including preparation of drinks, set meals, dim sum, desserts, and fruit cutting.
  • Supervise and monitor staff performance, ensuring adherence to company service and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for new staff and provide coaching for skill development.
  • Participate in staff appraisals and provide feedback to improve performance.
  • Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, and rostering.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and model exceptional customer service.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Handle month-end stock take, inventory control, and stock ordering.
  • Act as key holder for store opening/closing and perform duty supervisor responsibilities during shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping of all work areas and storerooms.
  • Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or service operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
