Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Strategic Finance Partner to provide financial guidance and support to the CEO and leadership team. You will oversee budgeting, financial planning, and manage a finance team across multiple clinics. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accountancy, over 10 years of finance experience, preferably in healthcare, along with M&A experience. This is an opportunity to shape financial strategies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Finance.
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• M&A experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO and leadership team on business planning.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Oversee budgeting and long-term financial planning across multiple clinics.
• Analyse financial performance and KPIs.
• Prepare and present management reports and financial analyses.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial policies across all clinics.
• Oversee cash flow management and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Lead and develop a finance team of 10–15.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO and leadership team on business planning, growth initiatives, and capital allocation.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across multiple clinics.
• Analyse financial performance, KPIs, and clinic-level profitability.
• Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and financial analyses to the CEO and Board.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and procedures across all clinics.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of 10–15 across accounting, FP&A, and operational finance
• Involve in M&A Activities

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy
• At least 10 years of experience in Finance
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred
• M&A experience will be an added advantage
