Job summary

A real estate development firm in Singapore is seeking a proactive and bilingual Personal Assistant to support their CEO. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, and preparing business documents. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a background in real estate or construction. About the Company

Our Client is looking for a proactive and bilingual Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a real estate development company. The role includes calendar management, project progress tracking, and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders. A background in real estate or construction, along with previous experience as a Personal Assistant, is highly preferred.

About the Role
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders, partners, and team members
  • Track progress on development and construction projects; follow up on action items
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure timely execution of follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Support communication in both English and Mandarin, including document translation
  • Maintain confidentiality and represent the CEO with professionalism
About You
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin frequent communication with China counterpart (spoken and written).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and project/task tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant is a strong plus
  • Background in real estate development, construction, or project coordination
  • Familiar with property development timelines, construction terms, and business workflows
