Responsibilities

  • Lead mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments from start to finish.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to plan and execute the company’s growth strategy.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and exits.
  • Develop and manage group-level fundraising and capital planning strategies.
  • Engage with investors, banks, and strategic partners, and oversee investor readiness.
  • Manage investor, shareholder, and board relationships, providing clear updates on performance and strategy.
  • Advise portfolio companies on growth, strategy, and financial planning.
  • Support special situations such as turnarounds, restructurings, and performance reviews.
