Roles & Responsibilities

The Clinic Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the clinic, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting the clinical team. The Clinic Manager also contributes to building a positive workplace culture, supports marketing and client engagement efforts, and serves as a key point of contact for the COO and CEO. This role oversees front desk and administrative management, client communication and interactions, diary scheduling, clinic and inventory management.

The Clinic Manager is an essential part of our team and actively contributes and leads delivery of an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end clinic operations and client experience, ensuring efficient workflows and high service standards
  • Oversee administrative, clinical documentation, and compliance processes in line with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage financial and operational reporting, payments, invoicing, and business insights for executive leadership
  • Provide operational leadership to clinical and front desk teams, fostering a high‑performing and positive clinic culture
  • Partner with the COO and CEO to implement policies, track performance metrics, and support clinic growth and strategic initiatives
Role Requirements
  • Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with clinicians, clients, suppliers, and senior leadership
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage complex clinic operations, compliance, and reporting
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and integrity, taking ownership of outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Calm, decisive, and collaborative under pressure, with strong capability in clinic systems and digital tools
  • A personal interest in health, fitness, or sports is a plus, as it aligns well with the clinic environment and client needs

Clinic‑based role located at 321 Orchard Road (Somerset)

Full‑time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Start date: mid‑January 2026
