A leading healthcare clinic in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance client experience. This full-time role involves managing clinic workflows, compliance, and financial reporting while fostering a positive workplace culture. Candidates should exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a personal interest in health and fitness. The position offers a supportive environment and opportunities for long-term commitment, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
The Clinic Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the clinic, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting the clinical team. The Clinic Manager also contributes to building a positive workplace culture, supports marketing and client engagement efforts, and serves as a key point of contact for the COO and CEO. This role oversees front desk and administrative management, client communication and interactions, diary scheduling, clinic and inventory management.

Clinic‑based role located at 321 Orchard Road (Somerset)
Full‑time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Start date: mid‑January 2026
