Job summary
A leading commercial vehicle company in Singapore seeks a seasoned leader for the role of head of the bus business. This position involves strategic planning, operational development of the parts business, and driving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the bus industry and a minimum of 10 years of experience, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role offers opportunities to lead a high-performing team and foster growth across diverse markets.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum tertiary degree in Engineering or Business (major in sales & marketing) or similar.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in investment goods/commercial vehicles, especially on buses.
- Strong product knowledge on buses and coaches.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic and operational development of the bus business.
- Develop yearly targets for parts business and formulate strategies for individual markets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
