A local logistics company in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage complex executive calendars, coordinate travel, and oversee HR duties. The role includes administrative support for business operations, virtual meeting setup, and leading office relocation projects. This position involves managing vendor relationships and supporting corporate secretarial matters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars and scheduled meetings across time zones.
  • Coordinate business and personal travel, including detailed itineraries.
  • Set up and support virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams).
  • Provide personal and family support with discretion.
  • Provide administrative support for business operations, personal documents, and confidential P&C reports.
  • Oversee HR duties and maintain confidential records.
  • Manage work pass applications and compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Lead end-to-end office relocation project, from sourcing new premises to coordinating renovation and final move-in.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office support services, including pantry supplies, printer maintenance, and facility upkeep.
  • Liaise with corporate secretarial company in corporate secretarial matters.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by director.
