A hospitality club in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to oversee food and beverage operations. Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification, and be motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Take orders, prepare, and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Attend to members' and guests' queries.
Skills
Education
We are looking for a candidate who provides, manages, and develops our food and beverage standards, ensuring our members and their guests' satisfaction through consistently high operating standards, carrying out management shifts, and taking responsibility for the entire operation.
- Take orders, prepare, and serve food and beverages to members and their guests.
- Prepare beverages and creative cocktails.
- Maintain workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period.
- Attend to members' and guests' queries and feedback to provide positive members' and guest's experiences.
- Adhere to Club Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on all food and beverages to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards.
- Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time by management.
- Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards.
- Clean and hygienic in food handling.
- Motivated to work in a fast-pace work environment.
- Ability to adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, and work in multi-ethnic teams.
- Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.
- Respectful team player who works cordially with peers and others.
Work place: 5 days work at Raffles Place
