About the job

Reporting to the IKEA Restaurant Manager and Team Leaders, you support the daily operations of IKEA Tampines Restaurant by providing excellent customer service and housekeeping in the work area.

1. Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the restaurant area by clearing dishes and utensils, including cleaning of tables and chairs.
2. Dispose of and clear food wastage from the central clearing area.
3. Adhere to existing operating procedures and ensure high levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (Q.S.C.) in your work area.
4. Ensure conformance to Food Safety and Hygiene practices and always abide by health and safety regulations.
5. Execute store operations and ensure operations align with the Functional Commercial Review Standards.
6. Render accurate cash registry of sales transactions when required.

1. You are a team player, customer-service oriented, and able to cope in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant.
2. You are comfortable maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
3. You can withstand prolonged hours of standing and lift heavy trays.
4. You are able to commit to working on AM/PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
