Job Description

• Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services.
• Preparation of shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Documentation of method statements and work procedures.
• Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
• Evaluation, cost estimation, and analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas services.
• Liaison with all parties involved in the project, including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractor, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.
• Prepare progress reports, claims, variation orders (VO), method statements, and safe work procedures.
• Assist the project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of the project.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position with relevant design knowledge.
• HDB projects experience in Singapore is a must.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, innovative and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.
