Job summary

A seafood restaurant in Singapore is seeking friendly and service-oriented Waiters / Waitresses to provide excellent dining service. Candidates will greet customers, take orders, serve food, and assist with menu recommendations. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided. We are looking for friendly and service-oriented Waiters / Waitresses to provide excellent dining service in our Chinese restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving guests efficiently, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat customers in a warm and polite manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
  • Serve food and drinks promptly according to restaurant standards
  • Assist customers with menu recommendations, especially Chinese dishes and seafood items
  • Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness
  • Handle customer requests and basic complaints professionally
  • Support cashiering duties when required
  • Follow food hygiene, safety, and service guidelines
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
Requirements
  • No experience required; training will be provided
  • Previous F&B or Chinese restaurant experience is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, and team-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Knowledge of basic English; Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage
