A leading security company in Singapore is seeking a Security Operations Specialist to oversee projects, conduct audits, and ensure effective security operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum O-Level or Diploma in Security Management, a valid security license, and strong communication skills. Project Management: Oversee and manage security projects, including CCTV surveillance, Access Control, and all security-related matters.
Virtual Patrol & Incident Handling: Conduct virtual patrols, generate reports, and respond to security incidents following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Defect Reporting & Complaints Management: Coordinate defect reports, investigations, and address complaints, queries, and suggestions effectively.
Incident & Occurrence Reporting: Prepare and review incident reports while maintaining comprehensive occurrence logs.
Team Leadership: Guide security officers on-site for effective project execution.
Security Audits: Conduct thorough security audits and compile detailed reports.
Daily Operations & Client Relations: Ensure timely and quality service delivery. Develop and review security policies and protocols. Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing project-related issues during operational meetings.
Documentation & Business Development: Prepare comprehensive security-related documentation post-equipment installation or project commencement. Identify business opportunities and promote company products and services.
Minimum O-Level or Diploma in Security Management.
Valid Security License with PWM grade of SS and above.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong track record in punctuality and attendance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with emergency response procedures.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Command Center experience is a plus.
