A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a professional to provide high quality Plant Labour Quotations and Industrial Engineering support. Candidates should have a Degree or Diploma in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry. This role involves conducting time studies, optimizing manufacturing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Experience in providing Plant Labour Quotations RQF and Industrial Engineering support.

Job description

Provide high quality, competitive, and timely delivery of Plant Labour Quotations RQF and Industrial Engineering support for both existing and new products.

Conduct time study and perform line balancing for both existing and new products.

Labour efficiency improvement through optimisation of all manufacturing resources.

Provide support for new business quotations RFX when need arises.

Responsible for all resource hour related matters and maintenance of accuracy of resource hour in the system.

To meet full compliance with quality / environmental / safety / health rules and practices.

Any other duties as assigned.
