A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to ensure smooth daily operations and provide customer support. The role requires a recognized degree, good interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn. Experience in back office operations and basic coding skills are advantageous. Ensure smooth transaction of daily operations matter
Handle queries and provide customer support to our Remisier/ Financial Advisory Representative/ Mobile Sales Force Team
Provide user requirement specifications and act as coordinator for system enhancement
Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
Provide administrative support for our backroom operations
Requirements:
A recognized degree in any field
Good team player
Good interpersonal skills
Willing to learn and pick up new skills
Candidates with experience in back office operations will be an advantage
Candidates without working experience are welcome to apply
Candidates with immediate availability or require short notice are preferred
Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous
