Senior / Operations Executive | F&B Foodcourt

Operations Executive (Foodcourt) typically oversees the daily operations of a food court, ensuring that it runs efficiently and smoothly. Responsible for managing the daily operations of a food court including drinks operations, ensuring a high standard of service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with stall partners, maintaining operational efficiency, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Daily Operations Management
    • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the food court.
    • Ensure all food stalls adhere to operational standards and guidelines.
    • Monitor and optimize workflow to enhance customer experience.
    • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality.
    • Liaise with food stall operators to address their needs and concerns.
    • Ensure partners/vendors comply with contractual agreements and food court policies.
  2. Customer Experience
    • Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
    • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation meet brand standards.
    • Oversee seating management and crowd control during peak hours.
  3. Hygiene and Safety
    • Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of the food court / food stalls.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain standards.
  4. Staff Management
    • Supervise and manage staff, including cleaners, dishwasher, and drink stall staff.
    • Prepare and manage duty roster.
    • Train new and existing staff.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or corrective action when needed.
  5. Compliance and Reporting
    • Conduct regular audits for food hygiene and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
    • Prepare and submit operational and sales reports to management.
    • Track daily sales, cash collections, and billing reports from vendors.
  6. Inventory and Supplies
    • Manage inventory levels of cleaning and dishwashing supplies and equipment.
    • Monitor stock usage and implement cost control measures.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in food court operations or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling.
