Responsibilities include daily production of cakes and bread, maintaining hygiene standards, and managing inventory. - Experience in food production or related field.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Responsabilidades
- Daily production of cakes/bread/hot food.
- Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards.
- Ensure workstations are clean and tidy for food preparation.
- Clean and maintain equipment and tools.
- Check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
- Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
- Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure quality controls.
- Ensure stock rotation to minimize wastage.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties when assigned.
