Overview

Location: Jurong

Working Hours:

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Work 4 days, 1 day off (rotating schedule)

Salary: Up to $4,800/month (Transport fare claimable)

Key Duties

• Ensure consistent product quality across all bakery items and outlets, in line with company standards
• Lead quality control procedures, train staff, and mentor the team to uphold standards in taste, texture, and presentation
• Refine and update recipes based on trends, feedback, and innovation goals
• Collaborate with management on process improvement and support operations during manpower shortages or emergencies
• Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and operational SOPs

• Hands-on experience in central kitchen or F&B production environment
• Well-versed in food safety, quality control, and production efficiency
