Job summary

A local baking company in Singapore is looking for a skilled baker to produce Banh Mi and other Vietnamese flour-based products. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring all goods are prepared according to recipes and SOPs. Ideal candidates are familiar with baking and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiar with baking Banh Mi from scratch.
• Able to make other Vietnamese flour-based products such as Pau.
• Ability to work in hot, hectic environment.

Responsibilities

• Bake Banh Mi from scratch and make other Vietnamese flour-based products.
• Mix, prepare and bake bread and pastries.
• Prepare ingredients and manage bakery operations.

• To be responsible for the bakery’s day to day operations.
• To be able to read and follow recipes.
• To ensure that all baked goods are produced according to SOP(s).
