Responsibilities
Plant Operations Support
  • Assist in coordinating the daily laundry operations.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies, and keep accurate records of daily laundry production, consumption of supplies, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with the Operation Manager to identify areas of improvement in the laundry process and contribute to enhancing overall efficiency and manpower utilization.
Administrative Support
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication related to laundry operations, including emails, phone calls, and paperwork.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Administer the procurement process, including sourcing, requesting quotes in accordance with the procurement policy, obtaining approval, issuing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors for the delivery of goods and services, and managing post-delivery actions.
  • Manage inventory, including machinery spares and consumables; conduct regular stock checks, administer records to track incoming and outgoing stock, and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Perform follow-up actions on credit and debit notes processes.
  • Check and reconcile attendance entries in the Time‑Management System, seek necessary approvals, and provide information to other supporting partners such as FP&A.
  • Support the scheduling of roster.
  • Perform any other administrative and operational duties assigned by HO.
Requirements
  • Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
  • Highly resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, resilient and able to work under pressure.
