Responsibilities

• Lead a project team and provide technical leadership on architectural design matters.
• Provide guidance to team members to optimize design solutions.
• Be involved in business development meetings for specific opportunities.
• Carry out architectural designs and feasibility studies.
• Liaise and discuss project issues with clients.
• Negotiate with contractors on design requirements.
• Oversee on-site work and ensure adherence to design plans.
• Work with engineers to meet necessary standards.
• Manage more than 3-4 projects simultaneously.
