Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in application consulting, application support, or system implementation roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, SAP Certified Application Associate) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate them into functional and technical application designs.
• Provide application support and troubleshooting, ensuring system stability.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation.
• Participate in project planning and post-go-live reviews.
• Assess existing applications and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.

Skills

Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Salesforce)

Working knowledge of Java, Python, SQL

Strong understanding of API design and middleware platforms

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Understanding of microservices architecture

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

Ability to map application capabilities to business workflows

Knowledge of application security best practices

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
