- Background in trading domains (Futures, Options, FX, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of web/software development processes is an advantage.

- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, launch, and enhancement.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, UAT, training, and implementation.
- Define and monitor KPIs, analyze product performance post-launch.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Min. 2 years\' experience as a Business Analyst / Software Consultant in the FinTech industry
- Background in trading domains (Futures, Options, FX, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge of web/software development processes is an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
